Bhuna gosht is a type of meat curry that is popular in Pakistan and North India. This particular recipe uses boneless beef and is also called beef bhuna. It’s super easy to make and the beef is deeply flavourful. The recipe includes both stovetop and pressure cooker instructions.
Bone in pieces of beef can be used instead of boneless beef, but in that case increase quantity to around 600 g. Goat meat (mutton) and lamb can also be used instead of meat, just adjust cooking time as needed.
