    How to make leftover biryani (Turn any leftover curry / salan into biryani)

    Different from the regular chicken handi, this zeera chicken handi is made using green chili, lots of bhuna zeera (roasted cumin) and of course yoghurt and cream to make a rich gravy. Best had with paratha or buttery naan.

    Sweet and Sour Chicken

    This sesame chilli chicken is full of flavour and an excellent weekday dinner option. It’s also great for meal prepping and can be prepared in advance to enjoy a fuss-free office lunch during the week.

    Kaali daal or khari masoor ki daal is a popular Pakistani lentil recipe made with black gram lentils. It can be served with chawal (rice) or roti.

    Karhi or Karhi Pakora is a Pakistani vegetarian dish consisting of a sour yoghurt & chickpea flour/besan base with pakora’s or vegetable fritters.

    Singaporean rice is a Pakistani fusion dish comprising of a layer of rice, followed by a layer of Chinese style chicken and vegetables, followed by noodles and a mayo sauce on top.

    Chicken kofta curry or chicken koftay ka salan is a traditional Pakistani curry made of chicken meatballs that are simmered in an onion-based curry. Serve with pickled onions, and rice or roti.

    Similar to a pilaf, aloo ki tahari or spiced potato rice is a Pakistani / Indian vegetarian dish made with rice and potatoes. Other vegetables can be used but the most popular are potatoes.

    This is a quick & simple recipe for a cheesy chicken casserole bake made using chicken mince, white sauce, ketchup and lots of mozzarella cheese on top.
