    Chicken pakora are a super simple & delicious snack to make. Boneless chicken pieces are coated with a gram flour (besan) batter and fried till golden brown. Crispy & crunchy they will be a hit with adults and kids alike. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup with a cup of chai on the side.

    Today I am sharing a super simple beverage recipe with you and that’s of namkeen lassi or salty lassi! Namkeen lassi is a popular beverage in Pakistan & India made from yoghurt, salt and roasted cumin.

    Karhi or Karhi Pakora is a Pakistani vegetarian dish consisting of a sour yoghurt & chickpea flour/besan base with pakora’s or vegetable fritters.

    With a base of yoghurt or dahi, raita is one of the most popular sides in Pakistani and Indian cuisine. Not only does yoghurt temper the spice that is a characteristic part of Desi cuisine, but it also acts as a condiment or dip to soak up the roti for dry dishes like BBQ.

    Green chutney or coriander mint chutney is a versatile Pakistani / Indian chutney made with coriander, mint leaves and green chilies. It’s like the Desi version of ketchup; except it’s green and depending on the amount of green chilies you add, mild or super spicy!

    Singaporean rice is a Pakistani fusion dish comprising of a layer of rice, followed by a layer of Chinese style chicken and vegetables, followed by noodles and a mayo sauce on top.

    Chicken kofta curry or chicken koftay ka salan is a traditional Pakistani curry made of chicken meatballs that are simmered in an onion-based curry. Serve with pickled onions, and rice or roti.
